- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a customer with Credit Central for 9 years. My loan was always paid and usually taken back out because it helped rebuild my credit. 3 months ago when I stopped in to pay my monthly payment I inquired about renewing the loan. I was told that the district manager had noted on my account DNS. When I asked what that was I was told it was a Do Not Solicit. Basically it was the company's was of telling the local office that I was no longer eligible to renew my loan. No reason was given. The manager stated that he would "communicate with his boss" to see if this could be lifted. I was told that I'd receive a call that afternoon. This was 3 months ago. I don't have anything negative to report about Credit Central other than they need better communication both with each other and with their customers.By Trey Glass, August 10, 2017
